At Melina & Me, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. If you need to return or exchange your merchandise, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for defective merchandise or incorrect items shipped. Returns for other reasons, such as change of mind or sizing, are not accepted (Exchange policy listed below allows for exceptions).

      • Defective items include significant manufacturing flaws, such as torn fabric, broken zippers or buttons, apparent stitching mistakes, or missing components, but exclude minor cosmetic issues. If it "disrupts" the intended look of the items, we consider it a defect 🙂

Return Window: Returns must be initiated via email within 5 days (including weekends) of receiving your order (as determined by the day on your tracking information).

Return Authorization: To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details. For defective or incorrect items, please include photos of the issue for verification. Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving a return label.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Shipping Responsibilities:

    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective merchandise or incorrect items shipped, where Melina & Me provides a prepaid return label.
    • We recommend purchasing additional insurance outside of what USPS, FedEx, or UPS may already provide.
    • Melina & Me is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit unless a prepaid return label provided by us is used.

Refunds: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are accepted for defective merchandise, incorrect items shipped, change of mind, or sizing issues.

    • Exchanged items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Exchange must be initiated via email within 5 days (including weekends) of receiving your order, as determined by the delivery date on your tracking information.

    • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s) to Melina & Me. We recommend purchasing additional insurance outside of what USPS, FedEx, or UPS may already provide. Melina & Me is not liable for exchanges lost or damaged in transit en route to our store.

    • Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a store credit for the merchandise value only.

    • The buyer may use the store credit to place a new order online for the desired item(s). Standard shipping charges will apply to the new order.

Melina & Me reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges suspected of policy abuse.
