Returns for wholesale orders must be initiated within 5 days (including weekends) of receiving your merchandise. The reception date will be determined by the delivery date stated on your tracking information.

Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer until it has been received by Melina & Me.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns on merchandise shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS, insurance is recommended for merchandise valued over $100.
Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the payment method originally used or provide a credit for your next purchase.
